Monitor is great for gaming and only gaming. The gamma curve and color saturation is horrible when not calibrated. Even after calibration it is off. If you do any design work or have tetrachromacy do not buy this. It will drive you nuts. For the majority of people this is not an issue. I had to return mine after 48 hours because I couldn't get the blue levels correct (everything was over saturated even with a warm hue).

TL;DR - Great gaming monitor... Stay away if you do editing.

This is a TN panel but a very good quality one. Colors are excellent and vibrancy is about as close to an IPS as you'll get in a TN. That said, I do agree that it's a bit on the blue side but overall excellent.

I paired it with a GTX 1080 for 1440p/144 Hz and I'm very very happy.

There are some well documented issues (color banding, deep sleep issues) but the quality control seems to be far better than the Acer and Asus IPS 1440p/144+ Hz monitors.

Well it's not the best price (it's been lower recently) but I picked this up Fri from Best Buy for $499 so I was able to price adjust down to the $449. TU for heads up!

Definitely not the best price we've seen but thumbs up for being the lowest price at the moment.

It's a TN, but considered one of the best quality TNs you can get.

I recently purchased this monitor, and I really like it.

Although it is a TN panel, it still looks pretty good. Of course, an IPS panel would still look better, but to get an IPS monitor with 1440p, 144hz, and G-Sync, it's going to cost you much, much more.
