13% 1 stars is a large chunk of people. There is obviously some type of odor issue with a lot of these. Home Depot reviews also have a chunk of people complaining about an odor. The fact that these are used, heavily discounted, and probably returns doesn't bode well imo.

But does it really matter how much energy this uses? Isn't the point of an electric heater to be "inefficient?" That inefficiency is heat loss, which is exactly what warms the room..
