It looks like the HDD and RAM cover is held by three screws.

Been a while since I got in an Egg refurb deal. Had a few bad experiences in the past. Is it better now? Looking for experienced buyers. TIA

Memory easy to upgrade (has 2 slots, you can pull out 2.5 inch drive too). Its just for the m.2 slot, some come with a standoff and screw. Some dont but if it doesn't and you still want to add an m.2 drive you can use one of the screws holding the back panel and use a grommet or plastic washer or anything as a filler for the standoff.
Edit: these used to be $350 new on Amazon last year but it looks like Amazon stopped selling it. Only third parties now.

For a Chromebook competitor it seems like a decent enough deal. But really, any computer without an SSD today is fairly worthless for most tasks.
agree on SSD but for $275 its tought to get a 1080 w/ ssd and a dececnt processor
