Got this in my email today. Shows that it's a name brand bookshelf speaker and is in-store only. Looks like that isn't completely true as I was able to place an item for free shipping. Only way to get this price is with the email code but it does look like it's live right now.

I returned my R14M I bought from Fry's at this price to get the R15M when Best Buy had them for $125 a few weeks ago. R15M handles a lot more power (80 vs 50 W) and is much more efficient (94 vs 90 db ), and has a larger woofer which goes down to 50Hz vs 85Hz. Anyways, the low end sound is much better with R15M, and the R15M is much louder. R14M is missing too much low end for me, and I don't need crazy bass. I just want accurate music representation.

R15M is night and day better than R14M. BTW I'm using them as my front speakers.

I considered the Newegg deal but i don't shop enough at Newegg to justify having a $125 promo card with them. At the same time that deal is available for more people as the Fry's deal is available for those who get the emails.

So i guess it's all about availability or where you shop.

Pretty nice speakers, I'm gonna shop around a little and come back if I end up deciding on these.

It is a living room maybe 22x15. R15M is worth twice the price of R14M in my opinion, and is definitely worth the $35 more I paid. R15M can replace towers while there is no chance R14M can.

These are nice speakers for $90, it's just that the R15M is a more complete speaker.
