Fakespot C, I guess worth the gamble, but I really don't need 6' cables anymore, that's crazy long for USB cable. Can we get a code for the 5 x 3 feet cables instead? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N9P7AL5/

PS: Just realized these are USB2 cables. Does that limit the voltage/amp while charging? I have some old USB cables they charge much slower than the USB cables that came with my Blackberry Priv or Note phones.

I'll give these cords a shot. Couple people comment they work well with charging PS4 controllers, work well for data, and no complaints I saw that they didn't work for data.

Somehow my wife breaks one of these charging cables every few months no matter which brand I buy so these are cheap insurance.

When I apply the promo code, it gives me the $5.50 discount, but regular shipping is still $13.32 to Hawai'i. Does free shipping only apply if I have a $25 total order, or Prime?

It all depends on the USB cable gauge (larger allows more current), you can tell if it's a cheap cable by the gauge - I guess thickness of the cable. If these offer fast charging then they're good cables (not too sure about durability). I'm going to pick up a pack since I need long cables.

Most phones are the limiter, there are not many that will allow charging faster than 500mA (typical USB2), whatever the source. If you have a phone that supports USB3.0 charging specs than, yes, you'll get more like 900mA when using a 3.0 cable AND a higher than 500mA power supply. It's possible to get it on good 2.0 cable if the other conditions are met. The cables advertised here cannot handle greater than 480mA, whatever the source.

How are the phones the limiter? If I'm not mistaken all the QC protocols support much more than 500ma.
