They should have hired a SDer to get this crap for a fraction of the $40 they paid per kit and who know how much $$$ they blew administering this pork project.

LED bulbs are about $1 each and a faucet arrerator is less than a buck and the "advanced power strip" maybe a couple bucks. $5 max cost per kit.

Dude, you need to watch more movies. They SAY they spent $40 per pack, so they can have a record of where the money in their budget went. Then they go and spend the actual money on secret underground projects, like the stuff in Area 51... Cool

If you bought the bulbs individually and the strip from CVS at their normal price, you could hit $40 easily. Smilie

My kit arrived, and the power strip is decent. LED bulbs are generic brand but again, decent. I've updated the OP with descriptions.
