Craftsman Complete Metric and SAE Wrench Set (43 pc.) - $99.99

Pretty good deal for a complete wrench set of both metric and SAE. They have the individual complete sets (one for metric and one for SAE), but they still skip some sizes (9MM in the metric) - a huge pet peeve of mine. Also you get repeating sizes because they give a midget wrench set too.

In my opinion this is the better deal since you get a nice range with it and there's no missing sizes.

A hundred bucks for a set of Chinese raised panel wrenches. That's about what they are worth.

Once you start using longer patterned full polished professional style wrenches, you won't ever pick one of these raised panels up again.

My opinion is to use the hundred bucks towards a more professional set. Granted, you are going to have to pony up another hundred bucks more, but is worth it if you actually need a full set of wrenches. I have the USA version of these, and once I got a set full polished wrenches, I never touched the raised panels again. And that was probably 4 years ago.

I agree. These are overpriced Chinese tools. The craftsman wrenches are not what they use to be but they are still trying to pass a HF quality wrench off with a premium price.

I was one of the unsuspecting buyers a few years ago. They are made thicker to make up for inferior steel. They are tough to get in tight spots. These are not the same quality as the USA made wrenches.
