Human Anatomy Atlas 2018 for iOS (iPhone / iPad) app is $0.99. Usually $24.99. Previous sales have been $12. It looks like they keep updating beginning with the 2017 version released in 2016 (i.e. don't have to buy a new version each year).

Have/had the old version which was decent. Is was nice being able to visualize insertions and such in motion. Didn't have descriptions of surrounding structures which I found annoying. Really wanted to get the Netter's one but couldn't justify the price especially with already having the paper version.

The most useless anatomy book I have is Rohen's, I thought it would be good to have a photographic one instead of just drawings/renderings but it was a pain to find anything.

Great point! Didn't think of that. Kind of important when you think about it.

I think it's good to be able to see it both ways, at least for me. In the beginning it was good to be able to get an overall picture and orientation, and later when I was trying to remember things like deficits it was nice just being able to isolate it. For $1 it's a no brainer (I paid $25?)

Spent a lot of time on youtube too, Dr Preddy saved me many times and I think it was anatomyzone that I used.

That's what I heard and that's why I got it but it didn't work for me. I ended up liking the color and exaggeration of Netter's better, made it easier to keep things oriented.
