these incognito offers usually never work for me.

i opened the above link in internet explorer private browser and the offer popped up.

it is a good offer because of the NO annual fee.

Spend $1k, get $200 bonus. plus all the AMEX deals that come along. the 6% cashback is nice on special categories as well.

be sure you see the NO annual fee special offer language before you apply.

Goodluck...

**some may see a $250 offer. The annual fee is NOT WAIVED on this offer

I was offered $250 in Chrome Incognito Mode, however it did not mention the waiver of the $95 Annual Fee for the 1st year.

Also tried in Firefox Private Browsing & got the standard $150 offer.

How do you enable Private Browsing in Internet Explorer?

Chrome Incognito on mobile showed the $200 statement credit and first year waiver of fee. Safari 'private' showed only $150 statement credit, no first year waiver.

They try to get you to upgrade all the time. If they gave me free first year and 200, I'd upgrade. I'm sure this wouldn't happen though if asking

Earn $200 Back

after you spend $1,000 in purchases on your new Card in your first 3 months. You will receive the $200 back in the form of a statement credit.†

Special Offer: $0 intro annual fee for the first year of Card Membership, then $95

if you spend $6000 a year in groceries, you will get $560 from amex

High annual fee the next year. Unless you spend $250 in groceries a month you're gonna eat the fee of $95 annually. And closing the card out takes a hit on your credit that your average age of credit is low

How do you get $560 from $6k? Easy math, 10% of 6k is $600 (close to $560) / 5% of 6k is $300. The correct answer is $360 but who is spending $500 a month in groceries? That's a bit much

Yeah it's $360 I added $200 for the sign up bonus.

Google Manufactured spending, I could easily spend $10000/month in grocery stores.

A couple of questions:

1. How easy/hard is it to transition down from BCP to BCE after the first year? Do they pull the bonus credit?

2. There's still no hard pull when transitioning from BCP to BCE?
