I think I usually wait until they do the 40% off sale - its 5% but their paint is expensive!! Stack that with the 10 off 60. Even better when I did it - they had an Amex deal where you got $75 off $250. Bought $250 gift cards for $175. We got their emerald paint (supposed to be their best) - and although I like the color and look we got - the coverage is just okay. We have areas where it absorbed the paint and we have to go back and retouch it back up.

No, definitely not. The average gallon here is priced between $40-70. You can get similarly expensive paint at HD too, but most options are much cheaper.

Do they still have the 40% off Sale anymore? It seems like it's been forever so I'm thinking they dropped the 40% to 35%. Don't recall them ever having a 35% off Sale before.

no, more expensive, but for what it's worth, I know a lot of painters and none of them use anything other than Sherwin WIlliams paint.

The stores always push Emerald, but we do not use it even in the nicest houses we paint. Like you said, the coverage is mediocre. Super Paint and Cashmere both produce much better results.

Just had a 40% sale like a month or 2 ago. I work there. Next 40 off should be around October

I get their text messages and the last 40% deal was July 14th to the 17th. Before that was 6/9 and 4/21
