Not sure if it's a good deal for all, but since AMC has gotten so pricey outside of early morning, 7.50 a ticket is pretty good

$15 manufacturer's savings** is valid 8/11/17 through 8/13/17. While supplies last. Free shipping.

That's a good soapbox, but these aren't mutually exclusive. For this deal, we are talking about 10 tickets here. For a couple, that's only five trips to the theater, and for a family it's even fewer than that.

I also like to enjoy movies at home, but there are a handful of times throughout the year that we drag ourselves out to the theater. It'd be nice to have those times be cheaper. Thanks OP!
I'm pretty sure that IS the difference...

Black Single Ticket: Present at box office. Not valid for online redemption. Valid at any AMC Theatres® location in the United States only. Unauthorized reproductions not allowed. AMC exchange tickets are NOT eligible toward earning AMC Stubs® reward.

Yellow Single Ticket: Present at box office. Not valid for online redemption. Valid at AMC Theatres® U.S. locations only (excluding California, New York, and New Jersey). Unauthorized reproductions not allowed. AMC exchange tickets are NOT eligible toward earning AMC Stubs® reward.

Well the movie projectors used in theaters cost $100k or more, you can't get that quality at home for anything affordable just yet. Not to mention the sound system.

I have a very good projector, and an amazing sound system, but I still go to the movies, those theaters with assigned seating

Very rarely other people ruin it, yes it sucks when they do however

This is a good deal though F AMC for not giving Stubs credit for these tickets. Here in Chicago, the AMC charges $16 at the Dine In theatre for night movies. This is a big savings.

MovieTickets gift card is a better deal. 25% off (75$ for $100) and you get stubs credit. Plus no limitations since it's just a gift card

soapbox time... home projector technology has never been cheaper or better and if I don't have to deal with rude fellow movie patrons who can't understand when to shut up and turn off their phones, that's just the icing on the cake.

For 90% of movies, I'll just wait for Redbox and watch it at home and get 90% of the experience for about 10% of the price.

Have you used a yellow ticket at AMC dine in and it worked? Was it matinee or night time? The only reason I am asking is, I used a yellow in NC for a Dine In matinee and it worked. I thought I was going to get a surge, since on the ticket it states they might surcharge. But I'm wondering if it works at night time. Like does it have some kind of max value redemption?

To go to a show by me at a peak time, its $16.49 each, this makes it $7.49 each. That's over 50% off. I'll take that over stubs credit.
