Might as well illegally download it for free if you're going to buy an illicitly obtained volume license key

If your company supports it, https://www.microsofthup.com/hupus/home.aspx is probably your best bet

Not sure if there will be no problem with activation or update for the pirated version.

Any idea how much it's gonna be?
I checked on that link, only shows price for Office ($9.95), not sure if that's monthly subscription or one-time payment.

Yes it's only for office. $10 is for office. It's not a monthly fee or subscription. You will own the license for 2016 for the $10

There's no guarantees of no problems/activation with this key either. Microsoft could always revoke the key and you would be SOL

Yes: "Microsoft still provides a free Windows 10 upgrade to anyone who checks a box saying they use assistive technologies on their computer." As long as you have an activated copy of Windows 7 SP1 or 8.1 installed it's a free upgrade. Just did one 2 days ago. See this article [howtogeek.com]. Once upgraded and verified activated, you can do a system refresh or perform a clean install by booting from the correct ISO afterwards.

These are msdn or mass volume keys which will be deactivated eventually. Itll work fine for a month or so. Then you'll get a notification asking to activate your key. I fell for this scam long ago when it was $50 on fleebay with tons of positive reviews. Then, my key became invalid after a year and that ebay account disappeared.
