They had these in my local store (Nashua, NH). Nice aluminum body but the processor is a little on the slow side. I wish they would add $25 to the price and put an I3 in it.

I know it's somewhat slow clock wise, but it's a fairly modern processor and goes up to 2.24 in turbo mode. It's actually got pretty decent specs overall. I think this is a nice deal.

CPU is kinda weak if it was a Windows Laptop, you dont need a lot of cpu power with chromebooks anyway, if they put corei3 then you battery life will suffer, I own dell chromebook with corei3 and its awesome!!!

Here's a good website that compares most of the Chormebooks

https://zipso.net/chromebook-spec...son-table/

This Chromebook is a bit lower on the Octane ratings. Not too bad with PassMark.

Even refurb price is tough to accept when I lucked upon a craigslist seller of the same bundle deal for $40. Few slight cosmetic marks around the outside, but otherwise usable. Think it was a logitech mouse instead. At that price, not really worried about lack of card reader, touch screen or processor power. Silent device with full HD screen and ~10 hour battery life.

Intel N3160 is plenty for a Chromebook people.

i have an older Samsung chromebook with the N3060 and 4GB of memory. it runs just fine. heck i can have chromecast casting live TV, and have 4 tabs open and it runs fine

IMO, the biggest downside is that this doesn't appear to have SD or microSD slot

I've worked with a few chromebooks at work and I think this has nice specs for the price range.

Might get this for Acestreaming as kodi isn't that great for sports right now.
unless someone could tell me a way to cast acestream links to firestick.
