Definitely recommend Hidden Figures for $5. It's a recently released movie and a good one at that.

I don't understand how digital downloads cost more than blu ray discs while producing no tangible product. Same with text books these days. Triple the price without the ability to resell.

So many credits to burn if you are prime though and choose slow shipping

They tout instant availability and access from anywhere, anytime, and no disc to get lost/damaged. I agree it's over priced and I wish there was a way to sell or return for some type of credit after a certain amount of time after purchase.

After a few years of having kids and watching DVDs clutter up the house (and car), get damaged, etc, I just gave up and started paying up to triple for the digital versions. Portability and easy access makes life easier, and in some cases (like a lot of Disney movies) the prices are $15-$30 whether you buy a physical copy or digital.

But yes, in most cases it seems pretty silly to pay the same price.

Lots of good movies in this list...rep for OP!
