If you are looking to buy the medium firmness ones then the link below has a pack of two (or three), with similar description/function, albeit different look for ~$0.22 cheaper per pack and without being an add-on (or s&s) item. A pack of two costs $9.15, as opposed to $9.58 for the original post.

I agree. You're suppose to only use extra soft, you will feel the difference from using soft to extra soft. I can't even imagine what medium feels like. Ouch!

Interesting I recall a dentist telling me to use med bristles and soft has no real benefit.

some doctors still say to eat 10-12 servings of carbs a day with little fat to lose weight.
to each his own. regardless of brushing, still need to go to dentist for teeth cleaning - saliva is the killer and can't really stop it from hardening, brush it away while you are sleeping / awake

Hi, I'm going to rep the OP for posting the deal, but I'm going to thumbs down because the product I received was awful. Brushes literally fell off in my mouth the first brush. Perhaps I got a bad batch of brushes, but I've never had bristles fall off upon first use. YMMV.
