Neither of those, you need a different dimmer to have two dimmers on the same light. That type of dimmer isn't on sale today.

Actually the Lutron Caseta has that capability. It actually caps off one of the switches and you install the pico remote in that location and the hardwired switch in the other location.

The Lutron Caseta kit would work here. I've installed a bunch. You replace one switch with a Caseta switch and the other switch with a Pico remote. The kit offered here for $120 gives you the components to do that twice (2 switches, 2 remotes). To mount the Pico switch you need to get a mount plate that doesn't come with this kit.

I would absolutely if you can sell them, plus not a bad idea to have a spare or two hub once you start using them. The remotes are super handy and can be paired to any of the switches you have installed or you could sell those too. You could do things like make a bedside master switch that you use to make sure all the lights are out, or quickly illuminate the whole house should need be. Keep one in the car, etc etc.

Keep in mind that Lutron proprietary wireless communication does not create mesh network. Distance from Lutron Bridge to each switch should be less than 30 feet.

I like ergonomics of Lutron Casetta dimmers but after realizing distance limitation stopped buying them.

Great point, and if you use mutule hubs, Pico remotes can't control a group from more than one hub if that's an issue.
