Its a Wyndam resort so I can feel pretty confident saying that it will be a nice place and that they will try to get you to sit in on sales pitch for the Wyndam Vacation Club, probably incentivized by a $150-200 gift card and free food. They'll say an hour, I guarantee it takes longer. If you go to the pitch, it is not bad, they will be pressuring you to buy, but no matter how good it sounds, don't. You can buy points from eBay for huge discounts over what they sell them to you for. It will always be cheaper to buy the points second-hand than from them direct.

Their resorts are very nice (at least the ones I've stayed at), but it all assumes you vacation more than I do. I've reserved stays at their resorts from Priceline for as cheap as any other hotel and the rooms were much nicer. There are options, just keep that in mind.

Looks like a great deal with everything included. As usual save a few more bucks via cashback (unless fine print doesn't allow) or 5-10%ish discounted Groupon GCs from ebay/paypal.

Hope some of yall take advantage of this deal, my city is not available unfortunately :[

I actually look forward to their pitches. $200 CC GC, free breakfast and unlimited alcoholic drinks during their pitch. As soon as they start I grab my phone, set a 90 min timer and just leave as soon as my timer goes off. In Cabo they also threw in $60 credit towards my car rental, free jet ski use for an hour and dinner voucher in their resort.

Overall wyndham resorts are not that great. Food is ok, definitely not top shelf alcohol and entertainment sucks. There are better resorts in DR, check the punta cana area.
