Good deal. Wish the DCL050 was on sale. Seems like it would be more versatile.

This has a horrible tight spot of a beam, I bought one from Amazon and sent it back.

This light sucks. It's literally like a laser pointer. Everything in the beam is too bright to see anything. Everything outside the beam is too dim.

110 lumens don't mean squat... AA powered flashlights at 3V can offer that. 20v should be more impressive.

It's a really great light. Much brighter than a typical flashlight.

This thing is 100% better than the ryobi non-LED light that comes in combo kit, but it is very tight spotlight. Overall is it pretty nice and very bright, but idk that its worth $50 or even $30.

The DCL050 is an amazing light, I absolutely love it, although it is more expensive. This deal is much cheaper than a DCL050 but also for a lower end light, FWIW.

Yeah I don't understand why this isn't a floodlight up to 2000 lumens or so

This is a worklight. It is intended for relatively close quarters work, not to light up a field. And as other people have noted, it may even be too bright for that.

So look beyond the lumen numbers and choose a light based on what you need it for in terms of not only brightness, but also throw, spread, efficiency, color, form factor, IP rating, battery, etc.
