Through their mouths. It's not hard and it tastes quite good. If you don't eat several packets of sucralose a day, you're fine. Everyone was waiting on that Italian study which came out on sucralose back in May:

http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/wo....4784/full

What did this study conclude? The "lack of a dose–response relationship between the exposure to sucralose and incidence of lymphomas and leukaemias," "no carcinogenic effect, "no reliable evidence of in vivo genotoxicity," and "negative results have been obtained in genotoxicity tests for various end-points in haematopoietic cells of mice and rats."

So to answer your question less sarcastically, many of us who subscribe to science are perfectly okay with consuming these things.

Life must not be very enjoyable for people with chemophobia. It must suck to know that, even if sucralose doesn't kill you, you can be 100% sure something else will.

Unlike you, I rely on proof. What's yours? There's studies that have raised questions. There are absolutely no studies that conclusively show sucralose, in the amounts consumed by human beings, is carcinogenic or anything of the sort. Please, by all means. Show me.

Also, lol @ corporate sponsored. The one study that did show some carcinogenic effect was sponsored by the sugar industry and was methodologically flawed. Don't even go down the "corporate shill" route because you're every bit the sugar industry shill, by those standards.

Step 1: open can
Step 2: put can to mouth
Step 3: tilt and drink

I would think that someone who thinks so highly, would be able to figure that out.

I'm still sitting on my $10 drink promo credit. It really stinks it doesn't work for S&S, and the V8 flavour that was sent out with it hasn't budged from $28 (while other flavours of the same type have been at $14!)

Good deal on the large jugs. Those are almost never on sale. Wish other flavors were available in the jugs at a decent price. Way too much aluminum in all of those cans!
