I have this tv and I love it. For 4K at 60Hz remember to change the settings per input to HDMI 2.0 and check your cables for 2.0 compliance. It took me a few minutes to realize my error.
Now GTA V on my 1070 looks amazing.
Porn too, but that goes without saying.

Thanks, I've actually had my eye out for a deal on this for the last 1-2 months. Was looking at this as a decent priced 4K PC monitor. I'm not a big gamer but input lab is about 15ms which isn't too shabby for a TV. This will be in the guest room and double as a guest TV so works out nice. Now I have to figure out what I want to do what that $100 gift card. I was already searching for a WD purple surveillance hard drive so this will work good for that. That or upgrade my video card because now I guess I'm going to need a 4K GPU. Thanks OP.

This is tempting for my office. I've got a 60" 2011 model 1080P Sony LCD that needs to be upgraded, and it's really too big of a set for the room anyway. Could use the $100 gc towards Xbox one x maybe.

I had this TV.

It's not bad. HDR is just meh. Not much of a difference. This is only 60Hz and no motion smoothing feature - so no opera effect (many hate it, including me, but it's like watching whole new movie with that thing & you get a TON of extra details).

It works fine as a PC monitor - tried with my Alienware laptop that already has a 4K screen and it just worked (no noticeable lag, but I only ran my IDEs not games).

Roku is great. The price right now (esp w/ the $100 GC) is amazing. However I'm going to wait and buy the newer model when 50" is available.

A gtx 1070 will push 4k, just not well. The new Vega cards from amd are arguably a better deal for 4k if you can get them at retail price.

How good is this as a everyday PC monitor? I game occasionally but use PC everyday for browsing, streaming etc.

Yeah I figure a 1080 would the best 4K card to use, but like I said I'm not a big gamer. I mainly need the real estate and resolution with 60hz to at make mouse movements smooth. I'll do some light gaming and I'm willing to go with less optimal settings to get some better fps.

I would see if you can get a new Vega 56 for $400. If you can't, save some money and buy a used 1070 off someone. There are reputable websites where people post cards for sale. I would stay away from used ones on eBay (although I have personally sold my used cards on eBay in perfect working order).
