Highly recommend Steins Gate and Soul Eater - both are amazing from start to finish.

IMO Spice & Wolf was pretty boring but I may not have been the target demographic for that one.

Soul Eater? Good to the finish? You want to quantify that?

Anime series typically never have digital copies with physicals. Movies sometimes.

Spice & Wolf is based on a novel and it watches like a novel as well, you must be patient with the story but it is definitely worth it.

Not anytime soon and even if they did, it probably isn't worth it.
