I also HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these blankets. We have a 4 month old that is still using these. We tried a halo sleep sack last night and she didn't like it at all.

Miracle Blanket + Snuggle Me = We sleep well every.single.night.

While we don't need anymore, I picked up a couple for the inevitable next baby shower. I don't care if it's on their list or not. They're getting a Miracle Blanket and an InstantPot.

I haven't tried this but if my wife knew it existed she would have!

New parent tip:

White noise machine...works. Get a portable one I'm case of a stroller meltdown.

Depends on the baby - my girl is 4 months and she's in one now. She's not big for her age, nor small.

I got one for my first baby and only used it a few times because he didn't like it, it never stayed put and it was too long (the legs were too lose thus making it easy for the baby to kick and get lose of the swaddle). Then I tried to use it on my second baby who was even bigger than his older brother, and same thing. I'd rather spend the money on just regular receiving blankets.
