I have this snow blower and live in the nor'east. I can not recommend it. Anemic in power, doesn't get down to the ground level unless you go over 3-4 times. So much bendy plastic makes it feel so cheap.

Some of these have metal augers, others have plastic.

Grabbed one. Should be good for light to medium snow. Remember to use The 12guage power cord for maximum power.

I live in mid Michigan. Never had a snow blower and I have a small gravel driveway on a slight slope. Would this be good enough?

A Single stage is going to throw that gravel around by design. You actually need a two stage because the auger sits higher. Pony up more money if you want to keep your drive way stone where it is and not scattered into a snow bank.

Got one. Thanks. More than half off, I guess it's better get it early than paying more when the winter comes
