These tumblers have terrible lids. But if you still want them Return the ones you bought and you will get $4 more than what you paid for. Currently the same 30 oz tumblers are on sale for $2 in store only. All colors marked down! Availability vary with store stock.

I own 3 and all of them work really well. Definitely worth $5.00.

bought 2 recently and just as good as that overpriced brand

Have the same rubber gasket problem with the older lids (not a huge problem but it gets annoying sometimes), but the newer, darker lids work really well.

Don't know where you're coming from with the retaining ice complaints. I'll fill mine with a ice in the middle of a hot day and the ice will still be frozen at the end of the day. Even when carrying it outside in hot weather (no AC), it still retains the cold really well.

I finally bought one of these due to the hoopla about how it is comparable to the Yeti. I'm not impressed with it. My rubber gasket around the lid is always twisting when taking the top on and off. I'm always having to fix it. It won't stay put which makes the lid not tight. It also does not retain ice for very long. I would never buy another and thankfully only paid 6.00 for it.

Bought this at $6 last month, I love it at $5. I've had no issues and it works great.

I have a few of them. The ice last a long time on the first fill. My cup sit in the sun all day and the ice melt very slow after I drank all the water. The ice will melt faster if refill with room temperature liquid. Some people that complain about ice melting doesn't seem to realize this. Full cup of ice will last me all day as long as I refill with cold liquid.

It's pretty clear that both of these cups come from the same Chinese factory. They are identical products.

We love our Ozark tumblers, they keep ice all day long even in direct sunlight here in Florida. We work outside and the heat is brutal. Never had any problems with the lids either. Only problem we did have is one of our tumblers walked away on a job site, we found a previous slick deal and bought a couple replacements so we never have to go without. We even took ours on vacation to Mexico.

Yep, its job is to -retain- the temperature. Put cold liquid in, it will stay cold. Put room temperature liquid in, and it stays that way; Even if you put it in the fridge.
