I bought these last time, the lids don't stay on at all and they end up drying out real fast. Compared to the $0.01 officemax pens from last week, these are the worst pens I've ever used.

Second the comment about the caps not staying on. These are cheap pens (heck, they are 4 cents a piece!) that are ok and will last a little while but are totally disposable and won't last long. At less than $4 they are a good deal.

Still love the blue colored cheap pens from papermate that we used through the 80's and up... won't jump on these though,...

And the TD Bank pens are awesome... I have a few myself, but don't bank there.. go figure...
