Don't know much about projectors but can a projector be mounted in the corner of a room to project, I guess it would be diagonally to the center of the wall across from it ??

I am in for HT2050. Now I need a screen. Was going 120" for maximum viewing pleasure. Any recommendations?

IIRC, the 3050 is basically just a pre calibrated 2050 and the 2050 is quieter and has slightly better PQ than the 1070.

I'm kind of peeved that the 2150st isn't discounted as much as the others. Still good projectors from benq.

HT1070 seems to be available. What's the difference between that and W1070?

If it has corner keystone. Keystone is how you can scale the image to make it fit in certain spaces. Corner keystone skews the image so if you shoot the projector at an angle the image will appear flat. It's a very nice feature to have

Also just picked up the ht1070. It's on sale too and is an upgrade to the w1070 and is on sale for basically the same price.

I bought a HT2050 refurb about a month ago when there was a similar deal. I sold my W1070 to a family member. The difference I paid was less than $200 to "upgrade" to the HT2050. It is a bit brighter and it does seem a bit sharper in all areas of the image. (more uniformity) It's not a big upgrade but was worth it for me. The bulb had less than 40 hours on it and came in near perfect condition. I'll use this one until 4k projectors hit under $1.5K. (The Optoma 4K doesn't support 3d)

It is bigger physically but not huge. I used the same mount and location. I do need to move it over by 1 inch or so but haven't got around to that yet.

I do think the 3d is better on the HT2050 than the W1070, but that could just be me.
