Pretty awesome deal here considering what you're getting. The Idol 4s is a very good mid-range device and is highly regarded. Closest competitors are the Axon 7 and One Plus 3. I believe from everything that I've seen on the unboxing vids, you also get an Incipio clear case as well.

Thanks!

I've got the Idol 4S, the Idol 3, and a Le Eco S3. S3 is MUCH faster than the Alcatel phones. The Idol 3 is better than the 4S. I just got notified this morning that the 4S has a new update, hoping it helps with the lag. BTW, I got this for $99 (with VR but not the headphones).

I bought this a few days ago and sadly it does not come with an Incipio case, even though some reviewers on YouTube did (probably with the preorder package last year). This is quite unfortunate because this is not a very popular phone, so it is quite hard for me to find cheap quality cases or really any good number of cases at all. This phone has a beautiful display and powerful speakers, but a disappointing battery life barely lasting the entire day with moderate use of playing games, listening to music, social media, and browsing the internet (the impressive charging speeds with Quick Charge 2.0 does make up for this, if you decide to bring the power adapter and cable along with you). It is very quick and smooth so far since I bought it, and the VR headset is a nice addition but it heats up the phone quickly. It comes with an impressive tempered glass screen protector but no alcohol wipe, so keep in mind you have to put on the screen protector BEFORE you touch the screen or else the oils in your skin will get trapped under the glass and make the screen look weird (I made this mistake). I chose this over the Axon 7 and OnePlus3 because this was definitely an incredible, unbeatable price even though it sacrificed performance and other specs as well as the number of available accessories. Keep in mind all 3 of these devices cost $400 each when released. Overall, this was definitely a great buy for a high-quality underrated mid-range phone with great specs that ultimately put it over the Axon 7 and OnePlus3 in my opinion.

No way!!!! I got this for $29, including the VR and the headphones on myunclesownsastore.com. I own the IPhone 6, S7 Edge, Nextbit Robin, LG G6, G5, Micromax Canvas, HTC 10, HTC U 11, Essential Ph-1 and this one. Wait, I also own ZTE Axon 7 and five other phones I can't remember because I am too conceited to not post messages that do not actually add anything to the thread but just, you know, like, totally, whatever..... umm, gosh, I think.

Decent phone. I wouldn't put too much value in the VR. A 20 minute novelty at best.

Meh. Just okay price. Weak number of LTE bands and only Category 4 LTE without carrier aggregation, may be a problem for some carriers/markets.

Well, just to update, mine is going back. Not any problems with getting LTE on ATT, but the phone itself is either buggy, or I just got a lemon. There were just too many issues for a brand new phone for me to keep it.

Now I'm sorry I posted this deal Frown

What was buggy about the phone, just out of curiosity?
