Jomashop is having a flash sale on Seiko Watches [jomashop.com]. Prices are solid although not killer, however I did notice a few gems.

They have the Sea Urchin for $129.99. For those who don't know it, it's Seiko's Rolex Submariner homage watch, and a fantastic value

https://www.jomashop.com/seiko-watch-snzf17.html - $124.99 after $5 code "GOOGLE5"

Nice video review - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBFYAahAxXs
Amazon Reviews - https://www.amazon.com/Seiko-Blac...B001IBF15Y

Another good option
Seiko Fifty Five Fathoms Automatic Dark Blue Dial Stainless Steel Men's Watch [jomashop.com] - $134.99 after code "GOOGLE5"

Gorgeous blue yummy

Nice review here [wornandwound.com] - Personally I'd swap out for that brown strap any day

Full sale here - https://www.jomashop.com/seiko-do...event.html

My wrist size is 5.75" and have a 38mm seiko skx017 on a perlon strap. I am worried if this would look big on me esp 41mm dia. Anyone uses this with a 5.75"-6" wrist size?

Seriously pushing it for our wrist size. I wouldn't go above 39mm perso personally.

Give it a few more tugs every night and that wrist should get a little bigger for the band...

Decent prices, but the slickdealer in me has a hard time paying this for the same movement that's in my $40 Seiko 5.

I am wearing a Pepsi Seiko Diver (Not Japan made). There is no way the reserved battery will last over 24 hours. It takes one day not wearing the watch will stop. Anyone know a decent way to keep it running? I believed normal watches winder do not work for Seiko due to how the mechanism within it.

never heard that, but it might just be only wound in one direction, so you would need to place it in the correct orientation in a watch winder

The hand winding only works for selected movements. It does not work for 7s36 movement but works for 4r36 More information: http://www.thewatchsite.com/21-ja...-4r36.html

Probably the single most recommended starter watch. Great quality for the low price.
