Although the seller hasn't had that many sales/feedback, there is a decent number of $1000+ ticket items with positive feedback. Seems worth the risk.

Yeh I just emailed the seller. It's odd that the have a C7, a tier lower, selling for 2900.

My eBay question to the seller:
Interested in the LG OLED 65E7.
Are your an authorized dealer for LG?
What sort of receipt or invoice will I get and who will be the vendor on the invoice?
For example, BuyDig on eBay is actually Adorama, who is authorized. So if I buy this TV when BuyDig occasionally marks it down in price, my invoice for the TV will read Adorama, and therefore I have LG warranty.
Please assure me of why I can be comfortable buying from you.
Thanks.

Their response:
"Hi,

Although we are not authorized dealers you still have your FULL 1 year warranty from LG and it will not be affected in any way. You will be invoiced by our direct company First Class TVs.

All the TVs are purchased through authorized dealers and are brand new, factory sealed in the box.

Since BuyDig are authorized they do occasionally have daily deals but they will never be able to promote it at this price since they aren't allowed to market prices below retail.
We also have 100% positive feedback and you are covered by eBay on this purchase as well."

So if you still get LG warranty when buying from an unauthorized dealer, what's the point of buying authorized?

If you bought it from an authorized dealer, you could buy the square trade warranty through Costco for $90 = 3 years. You can only buy this warranty if it was bought through an authorized retailer.

I bought the C7 a few months ago off a SD for this same price. Price rewinded to $2100.

I just called LG, and the rep wasn't able to say either way if they would honor the warranty from an unauthorized dealer

Can you buy an extended warranty from squaretrade for this tv or will they only sell it to you if you buy from an LG authorized dealer?

If you're interested in this deal, It might make sense to ask them if they're offering the 65E7P or the 55" version instead (meaning a typo in the listing), since most of the photos in the auction show the 55" version.

The 55" E7 uses a similar (or the same) stand as last year's E6 - so the sound bar sits flush with the base. The 65" uses a newer stand design, so the sound bar is raised a couple inches relative to the base of the stand.

If they're legit selling the 65E7 for this price, it's a hell of a deal.

Tempting at that price. Warranty is the only real issue here.
