Item Description
  • DURABLE. The backpack is made from highly rip and water-resistant nylon fabric, which provides strength and long-lasting performance, with minimal weight. Stress points are reinforced with bar tacking for increased longevity. We use durable 2-way Abrasion Resistant SBS Metal Zippers across the backpack.
  • COMPACT. Folds into zippered inner pocket to fit anywhere. Unfolds from pocket to backpack. A must-have on any trip and a great gift for anyone.
  • LIGHTWEIGHT (0.7 Pounds) and ROOMY (35 Liters). A true space saver. Stuff the bag into its own pocket for storage and unzip it when you reach your destination. Avoid overweight baggage charges by simply unfolding it from your luggage and using it as a carry on for your excess baggage.
  • MULTIPLE COMPARTMENTS. Features a classic shape with several pockets for storage and organization. This backpack has a roomy main compartment, two front zipper pockets to hold small accessories, and two side pockets for water bottles or umbrellas.
  • NEW VERSION: Includes aluminum CARABINER, WHISTLE buckle, and REFLECTOR. The included carabiner clip so you can attach things or clip it to things; the chest strap with a whistle buckle help you lock your backpack in place securely. NO FLAPS WITH THE ZIPPER, never struggle with zipping the compartments again! Get Outlander backpacks, don't worry about zippers that catch onto flaps. All Outlander bags come with our Lifetime Warranty- return, exchange -- whatever it takes.

Bought one previously for my backpacking trip through Europe.

This one in particular: https://www.amazon.com/Outlander-...r+backpack

Its great when you're packing light and don't need structure. Once you start carrying heavy things such as battery packs, a camera, or objects of weird sizes, it starts to fail. Since it's packable, it takes on the structure of your items.

Not bad for the price, but just be wary. Will be investing in one w/ structure next time.

Outstanding reviews. I just bought the Router Transit from the deal a few days ago or I would bite.

Aren't all backpacks, "packable," by definition ?

Some back-packs are not, ones that are used for carrying laptops.

Reviews say "newer model" not as durable just fyi. Things like, "ripped on first use" and "last one I had lasted 4 years, this one only a day".

I believe that means the pack can be compressed when not in use and packed into luggage, for instance. This one folds into its own pocket.

These are really nice, I have something similar from REI. But I like these more because they have side bottle holders. I however recently got the compressable osprey one that is on amazon for 26. These look a little more durable but the osprey is a lot more compressable and comes with an amazing warranty. The osprey does have bottle holders on the side one of my prereqs.

I purchase this on prime day. Definitely worth the grab. It's a little bit smaller than a regular size backpack, put definitely worth it.

I have this backpack. Just took it on a 10 day trip. Holds up pretty well. Had water bottles, battery chargers, jackets, hats in it for basic walking around. It is very light and it feels like it won't last but has been pretty durable.

What's volume? I can see it on product page, I want a 60L bag for a 7-day travel.

How does this compare to the Eddie Bauer one for same price a week ago?
