There's also RP 100 min/100 txt/500 mb per month - $60 for 1 year, you stand a high chance of needing to contact CS to get the promised bucket.
Anyone able to recommend a used VZW phone that work on RP & be able to hotspot it? All I want is the hotspot ability, but not have to pay the insane hotspot prepay fees...

From all of us who they shut off without any warning or remorse from the $5/512mb plan a couple years back, avoid red pocket like the plague

good feedback over at PPPN on this deal. http://www.prepaidphonenews.com/2...-cuts.html Good to have more options but I'm comfy with Tello for low usage. Yes sprint sucks but verizon would cost me more.

Red Pocket has updated the page that you get when you click Customize Your Plan link on its Plans page with the new data allotments as well as the prices with and without auto pay. Just as before, the $19 plan is $20 without auto pay and the $25 and higher plans are $5 higher without auto pay. I've updated the bulleted list above with what I believe are the correct prices.

Mint SIM is an awesome deal, but t-mobile with no roaming vs. verizon & at&t...

Where is the $15 with 1GB data? Don't see it on their site ... Would be better than my existing tello plan.

I'm wondering what the catch is, I don't see how they can beat tello overage rates with free swaps and free tether. Hope it's not some desperation measure, it's a cut throat business with MVNO coming and going. I'm on the $8/mo tello plan but more data with tether is always good. I do all my other calls from obi200 with my GV and old school cordless panasonic.

Red Pocket offers mid-month top ups if you exceed the 1,000 minutes, texts or 1GB of data starting at $2. You can view the add-on options at goredpocket.com/plans using the plan calculator. There are no billed overages since this is a prepaid plan.
