That's not a bad price but it's not really all that great either for this device. If you're thinking about this and can afford a little more, get the Steinberg UR22. The drivers for the Steiny are rock solid for Live, Digital Performer, Pro Tools, Cubase, Reaper, Bitwig, FLS, you name it...Focusrite drivers are really unstable and I can't understand why being so long in the game. Rather, they've become more unstable over the last few years. Their interfaces have great SNR, but man do they crash A LOT. Just read the forums and you'll see that other producers and artists/hobbyists recommend the UR22 over any of the entry level Focusrites.

Wow! Had my eye on the 18i20 and saw it was on sale for $370 last year. Decided two weeks ago to not pull the trigger on it and get the UMC1820 instead, but still set up a deal alert for Focusrite. Haven't even used the Behringer in the field yet and this pops up. Looks like I'm going to craigslist with the UMC1820. Thanks OP!

I wasn't aware of crashing issues with the focuseite. I will need to look into that. Thanks. Btw - UR22 is a discontinued product. UR22 mk II is the current one.

May be remembering wrong but weren't the 2i2 2i4 and 2i6 all 5 bucks cheaper during the frequent sales?

My 2i2 works fine for 2-4 hrs then gets drop outs or has distortion unless unplugged and re initialized really crippling for me as a streamer due to not knowing it happened unless chat says so
