Came across this deal on BrickSeek. Very good cooler for a great price if you can find it. All the locations near me have it for $109. But there has to be some of you out there that can find it for $50. Good Luck.

127 everywhere with 1 or two stores showing 109. Probably one or a handful of stores at 50 in the whole country

I'm betting the northern Midwestern states have this deal and nowhere near a coast will you find this price.

None here in SoCal at that price. Randomly checked Minneapolis and Fargo, both at full price

zip code for this price?

If you find the price, it would be a good deal.

comparing with most expensive Yeti

http://yeti.com/tundra-50-cooler

walmart brand replicated a lot of yeti but performance is not much different.

I have an Ozark cooler, but don't think it seals properly. Supposedly, if you tighten the drain valve and quickly close lid, you are supposed to hear air escape s you unscrew drain. I do not. Still keeps contents cold for 4 + days near Mt Shasta in Summer though.

I have the Ozark Trail cooler in each size and all have tight seals. Sometimes I have a hard time opening them.

I dont see how your theory would work with quickly closing. No more air goes in whether you close it fast or slow. It can only hold so much air.either way. It wont escape out the valve at a different speed when you open it. What would cause the pressure to change would be the temperature. As temperature increases so would the air pressure and then you might hear air escape as you unscrew it.

Even at $127 I think its a great price. I use mine daily in south Georgia heat and keeps my ice for a good 5 days.

Nice first post & thread mr_dealz31. I'll give you rep points for trying.

Great price. Also great customer support. MFG is very active on online forums(expedition portal).

Check if ur interested buying this product. I know Yeti products are good but that price....id rather spend only fraction of price for close to same performance.

I got one two weeks ago for $127 and will be returning it. For $50 I'd keep it, but I couldn't get more than 3 days out of my ice without it completely melting. I went through a lot of ice over 14 days.
