Firstly, it's $800. Second, these specs are awesome for the price. Being a 13" Ultrabook is a positive. Not everyone wants to lug around a 15.6" monster laptop. Unless you're gaming or running CAD the HD620 is more than adequate.

I own this laptop. Its great. Few downsides so far. I play lighter games on it. i can play heroes of the storm on medium. It turns on almost instantly from sleep. Very nice feature. Battery life is not as good as claimed, but it is terrific. It can take you through most of the day and if you have a battery pack , just charge it that way via usb-c if you arent near an outlet!

I have no clue what that guy is talking about above. Few other laptops feel this nice in this price range. It does not feel cheap at all. It doesn't flex. The back panel really feels solid for being paper thin.

Downsides so far. I wish the video card was a little better. The samsung pro 15" is much better equipped. Otherwise, its great.

Is this a dual core i7? What is the name of some of the processors that I need to look for if I want quad core? I know they don't put them in ultra books much. I do know the vaio canvas z tablet has it. Any other models besides the canvas z?

Looks like this only has a 30WH battery. Although with fast charging.

Best buy has lenovo yoga 720 for $750 after $100 off (student deals). It has i7 7700hq, 15.6" screen, 256gb ssd, 8 gb ram. but i don't think it's an ultra book, as it is a lot bulkier than than the 710.

Edit: nevermind, lenovo yoga 720 has gone back to regular price now. Was $850 for over a week, now it's at $999.

This is heavier than I would expect a Samsung premium laptop to be at nearly 3lbs.

This is a Best Buy only model. I looked at it briefly in the store and it appeared to be more cheaply made than the typical Samsung Notebook 9. Not a bad value, but there's a reason why it is priced as it is.
