These dim LED lights rather well. Good for people with LED lights who prefer to operate their lights by flipping physical switches like some dirty animal rather than control everything from the couch with their phone like some dirty neckbeard.

No, it does no have a Z-Wave or Zigbee radio, and will not work with any home automation hardware..

I don't have these exact dimmers, but other lutron dimmers, and they work very well for led

I think you need the caseta bridge and caseta dimmers. Not sure if the maestro line can tie in

I purchased a used Lutron dual dimmer switch and had this problem. When both switches were off, both lights were off. When one switch was on, the other light just faintly glowed. I'm in the process of returning it now. I'm guessing some are faulty, and the used one I bought was faulty. That's what I get for trying to be too slick with my deals....

I presume you mean to install 3 of these switches in that 3 gang plate? Then yes.

The large rectangle holed cover plates are known in the trade as "decor" plates. They fit these dimmers, GFCI's, some occupancy sensor switches and probably a few other specialty devices.

Point is the decor size is pretty standard.

Sometimes with dimmers (especially older ones that handled a lot of watts for a lot of incandescent lights) they need to be by themselves. The face of the dimmer has metal fins to dissipate the heat. So they can't be installed side by side. This dimmer will not be a problem as LED's use so few watts there's little heat to dissipate.

We have the maestro and don't have this issue. But for dual switch situations, you need the "companion" model for the second switch not two primaries. If lights still flicker, make sure you set the low dim threshold.
