I had and returned these. Expected them to be louder at the $300 price point. Good deal here.

No, the only downside is they are not loud for how big they are.

Now when you say loud, what size space are you in? Would you think they are more suited for a smaller place (as in my apartment living room) versus a dedicated media room? I have a $100 soundbar I bought from samsung black Friday a few years back, i just want something more for gaming and movies.

Calling these a "2.2" speakers seems like misleading marketing, just like saying these are 350 watts of power... which probably is the max, not continuous output. The specs listed only mention 1 speaker so I'm guessing each tower is 1 speaker and 1 radiator.

In reality, it seems like these are just stereo speakers in a really big enclosure.

Depends on your TV. They have a HDMI but, they are intended to be more wireless.....so BT is prob not the best, but cleanest look. I'm debating on buying a pair, my samsung tv has built in BT. So, they should link right up.

My space is 15x18. I ended up purchasing a couple of Polk towers and a Sony receiver open box from Best Buy. Spent $300 (price for these from Sams Club at the time) and was much happier.

It would only be on one. The other feeds off the main which would be hardwired to the HDMI to your tv. Don't quote me on this though. I'll let you know. I just went ahead and bought some.
