I have received the added data on devices that did not get the email yet.
I have received it on both Sprint Devices and on SIM's.
Considering their recent public relations fiascos and missteps, this is a very welcome bit of goodwill to their customers.
They seem to be "sending" this out in waves because I have other accounts that haven't received it yet.

Is this for everyone or just those in the path of Irma? If Irma path, what good will 1GB is the whole carrier network system will be down from a Cat 5 hurricane?

Anyway, have a half dozen accts and none receive any of this.

It's a scam. Nobody gets 1GB. I got the email about a "1GB Bonus" and when I used 100mb more than the plan limit I got charged $15.

Can you give us a little more info?
Was your account actually cancelled without reason or warning?
What type of account/device? Global SIM, LTE SIM, Sprint BYOD, FP phone/hotspot?
What type of usage prior?
Valid CC on account? Infamous 1cent charges prior? Charges that didn't/couldn't go through?
Any response from FP rep?
