Haven't seen much reviews on this but it looks really good. In 4 1. I think the maker is Enermax not just Lepa and I had an Enermax case that lasted me about 6 years and still no problem with the ports or anything. Was looking for a mid tower that could fit a 240mm cooler easily and this one looks to do the trick hope it works.

Edit : looks like the maker is Lepa and the 2 front fans are from Enermax.

From what I understand Enermax belongs to LEPA, or the other way around, basically, both are the same.

Do they make decent cases?

I also see no fan controller, and the wiring for the fans my not be preinstalled, which means we have to do all fan wiring ourselves, including fan speed and noise adjustments.

I like Enermax cases, design is a hit or miss but generally quality is good.
No fan controller but most newer boards allow rather nice fan controls via 3-pin connectors and BIOS, I like MSI's utility especially.

Like I said in the first comment and confirmed in later comments that if this is Enermax then they make decent cases. If your expecting fan controllers and noise reductions from a $30 case I can't say you'll get those. This literally looks like an entry to mid level case nothing special except the fact that it's a mid tower with ability to fit 240mm radiator and under $40. I bought the Enermax 240mm cooler listed earlier last week from frys, combined with this case its $85 for a 240mm cooler plus case.

Fugly case!

Also, considering the window on the side, is this case really ATX compliant EMI wise?

Looks really good compared to what?

That is one ugly ass computer case, lol! I'm not a case snob, but yech.

I recommend one of these bad boys: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdOYR30M-4c

Although if you don't mind the slightly larger size, the windowless version of the Fractal Define S is the way I'd go if watercooling. The only problem I have found with the case to date is that if you have cats, they can potentially step on the power button and turn off your computer. Also, if using the top open for a 360o radiator, IMO you have to factor in the extra cost of a mesh screen for the top, as otherwise dust can fall into the machine while it's turned off: https://www.pccasegear.com/index....8&cPath=26
