Here is the Ridgid 1/2 inch impact wrench kit for $149. This is only $10 more than the bare tool, and includes a 4AH battery and charger. A little more expensive than some of the popular Ryobi posts, but has 25ft-lbs more power.

That was a drill and an impact drill. This is an impact wrench. Completely different tool.

Don't forget to register for the LSA...makes this a great buy vs the Ryobi!

Looks like a really good deal - especially with lifetime battery warranty. I have the Ryobi P261 (along with a ton of other Ryobi tools). It's so nice to just pop the battery on and spin off wheel lugs without dragging out the air hose/air impact wrench.

This thing is awesome. Super powerful, it took lug nuts off my Yukon after discount tire out them on super hard. I am very happy with it. I have only used a few times in the past year but every time it a been great, I got it for free when you bought a 2 piece drill kit for like 279$

Hmm. To keep the bare tool I bought for $90 or return it and get this. I think I'll pass, but will TU for good deal. Iirc these batteries are about $40-$50 a piece, definitely worth the $10 over bare tool retail

I got the bare tool at $149 a year ago and thought it was a great deal! Add the battery ad LSA and this is a better deal!

Can't seem to find this answer. Oddly enough when I looked (going to thread cap my own post here 🙄) I was able to find the manual to the still unreleased Gen 5 brushless impact wrench from Ridgid.

Seriously?

Copy and paste "Breakaway torque" into the google search window and press Enter button on the keyboard.

You will see a diagram explaining what it is.

Let me know if you can manage this super complicated process. If not, I can get my 10 year old daughter to give you a more detailed tutorial...
I think he was asking what is the breakaway torque FOR THIS TOOL. Not what it is in general
