You don't lose anything but you will have to use Samsung s health. None of google function works. No google assistance, google map, etc. But notifications work.

If you did this deal with Best Buy, you will have a problem with the U Flex Headphone claim process. Best Buy posted an incorrect web site in their instructions. I found this web site and it looks like it worked. I had to specify the store as "Other" and fill in Best Buy, so it remains to be seen whether Samsung will accept or reject it.

This link worked:

www.samsungpromotions.com/fit2proUFlex [samsungpromotions.com]

I'll let you know if Samsung rejects for any reason.

I'm still having issues trying to redeem it with the website. Keeps saying serial number is not valid. Yet, I was able to register the device on Samsung.com.

Anyone else getting this issue? Soo annoying. Bought it via BestBuy.com.

No problem with Serial number. Mine was at bottom of box label.

I DID receive "Registration Approval" from Samsung a few minutes ago. It said the headphones would be shipped in 6-8 weeks. What is this 1952? Even USPS can ship something like this in a couple of days at their cheapest rate!

I am having this issue too, i am using the serial number to register, and it registers successfully, but when i try to claim the promotion it says we do not recognize that serial number. it s a 11 character alpha-numeric serial number, but i think they are expecting a numeric 11 digit serial number on the samsung promotions website.
i tried to get the watch from Walmart/Bestbuy/Macys all 3 watches had the same problem
i tried contracting samsung promotions team, but they are useless, from the last 10 days, they are saying me some one will contact me within 48 business hours but not usually does.
i had bought 2 watches from online purchase and 3rd one from instore purchase, still i fact the same problem. so i am thinking i may have been entering the serial number wrong, if someone dont mind, can they show the snapshot of where they found their serial number.

Yeah. I was tired of the run around. So I returned it. It is suppose to be the same number that you registered it on samsung.com.

Because there was not a huge difference between the original and pro, I went to Best Buy and price matched the verizon deal of $90 for the original version. Money saved.
