Got these last week on similar deal. Work well so far. Sound is surprisingly good.

However, the true test for bluetooth headsets is how long they last, especially if exposed regularly to water/sweat. Can't speak to that durability just yet.

These sound like absolute crap and would not stay connected to my phone while running. They also rotated around my ears and fell out while running. I returned mine from last deal and bought a different pair for $5 or $6 more which sound soooooo much better, have no connection issues, and stay in my ears while running.

Maybe my standards are too high though because others seem to think these sound good.

These are the ones I bought instead: https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/316816

Setting aside the fake reviews situation (and I personally despise mfrs who do this!), I bought these when they were on deal her about 2 weeks ago and I gotta say, they are pretty awesome.

Can't speak to their durability yet so take that with a grain of salt but I'm the guy who hates EarPods/ buds beachside they constantly fall out and these things have a damn near perfect fit. Sound is great, perhaps a little strong on the bass but I'll take that vs the alternative. And the thing i underestimated is how soundproof they are. We're not talking Bose noise cancelling, but they block out a helluva lot of noise.

Final thing, absolutely no issues with connectivity, and I actually use them with my laptop quite often, which has been finicky with other BT headphones.

Honestly for this cheap I'd absolutely buy them again in a heartbeat. But take that with a bit of a grain of salt since I've only had them for such a short time.

Hope this helps a bit

This is pretty much the opposite of my experience so I'm wondering, are you using Android or iPhone? I'm on an iPhone (company's choice, not mine!), so I'm wondering if the BT stacks make a difference. Just a thought, certainly could just be crappy QC from them, in which case that doesn't bode well for all of us.

I bought this previously on sale for $9.99 and it stopped powering on after 3 months. I barely used it so it was never exposed to any rough handling. Probably <10hrs of total power on time. The battery or the electronics inside just died.

In terms of sound quality these aren't the worst out of the 5 budget bluetooth headphones I've owned but I've found much better from other generic $15 bluetooth headphones so I wouldn't say these are worth much more than $10. Everything just sounded muffled from these,

Would still say they are worth $10 but when I contacted the seller about them dying after 3 months, he wanted me to send him another $6 for a replacement. Absolutely knows he is selling crap and does not stand behind his products.

I'm rock'n Android (oneplus 5). I have no issues with connecting to anything else I own via BT. Also, like most cars now, my car has BT connection capabilities and my phone connects to it automatically everytime I go in my car. I've never had any issues with it connecting. I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence but after connecting to these on my phone, the next day my phone would not connect or even recognize my car. I went to make sure my phone wasn't connected to anything else via BT. It wasn't. I had to go to BT on my phone and tell it to forget these headphones. After that my phone connected to my car without issue.

Not just you, I thought they sounded pretty crappy. I didn't have issues with connection. I'm not an audiophile so I can't describe it well. I thought the earbuds lacked any clarity and I got a headache listening to it.

I bought some Akaso headphones from another front page deal they are exactly the same except rebranded. I've been using them for about two months daily for 6-8 hours while at work while sweating, moving around and sawdust around me.

The battery lasts all day if fully charged and the volume/skip song on the headphone is a nice option, to pause you press a center button. They're loud enough to hurt my ears if all the way up.

I did buy some nubee memory foam ear replacements since the included ones were really thin and painful plus the new ones block out sounds even air tools.

Only problem I have had is maybe once a week they seem to cut out/lose connection even though my phone is on me but only for a few seconds. Also the strap is really grippy and when you turn your head it tugs on the earbud, because of this I let the strap thing hang under my chin.

Like I said the ones I bought are Akaso, there's several rebrands out there but probably made in the same factory.

edit: I've also walked away from my android phone while using them and I would say the range is about 30ft out in the open

It seems common with companies producing knockoffs nowadays, but the simple reality is that these Bluetooth headsets are cheap and easily made, and these companies always try to game the popularity by giving away promo codes with the intent of receiving favorable reviews.

In the case of these headsets, nobody expects more than a few months out of them, so they only pay 10 bucks.
