Sorry. Don't have time for Brickseek at the moment. Running in and out But wally world has the glass and thermal carafe Ninja Coffee Bars on Clearance for $74 and $79 respectively. Happy to be more informative tonight when I get home. Pics will have to suffice for now.

After checking BS near me, I see the glass and thermal one now as low as $50.cheaper than the Target clearance. More poking around I've seen $40 and $20 as well, but no stock.

Thermal:

I've had the glass one for a few and like it a lot. I do mostly singles into a travel cup. The timer works great. I L do the stronger brewing option normally. Have no complaints outside of mine not coming with the froth we, but I didn't care enough to complain.

Could be even cheaper than $74. I'm seeing the glass one for $60 in Fremont, CA with currently 3 quantity available. Zip code 94539.

I'm driving for a bit so didn't have the time to poke around. Could be cheaper than it was at Target.

Is anyone else not getting any results from Brickseek? Every item I check, multiple zip codes, return: "No Results Found."

I am tempted to pull the trigger on the glass one. My local WM has it for $74. I have read the complaints about the thermal one and not keeping the coffee warm because their is no warming plate. The glass one has the warming plate. Can anyone opine on these?

Well it's physics... If you have hot coffee in a cool metal container, the heat from the coffee will heat up the metal carafe thus cooling your coffee. If you put hot water in the carafe for 10 minutes then dump it before brewing, the energy required to heat the carafe has already taken place. Your coffee will retain its heat better and longer. If that's too much trouble, then go with the glass. If it's really not going to sit long, it might not matter.

I have a keurig, well different branded one. I picked up the ninja and am much happier. I use the delay brew all the time. Picked up paper filters since the idea of the gold filter is nice, but I'm not making the time to clean it out every time. At least I can just toss the paper or put them in a bag and give them to my mom for her composter. Still using up my k-cups and will switch to ground coffee after.

Funny. I'll be dual city living for a year and decided I need another one of these. Just found the glass carafe one down to $50. Let's hope it auto adjusts when I pick it up today.
