No. Automatic on a watch means that it's a mechanical watch, i.e. Not battery powered, that winds itself with the movement of your wrist via a free swinging rotor.

What you're looking for is a perpetual calendar, which you only need to adjust for the date, theoretically, once a century, assuming it stays wound. the cheapest mechanical perpetual calendar is a few to several thousand dollars. A quartz perpetual calendar you can find for as cheap as few hundred dollars.

There are also annual calendar watches which only need to be adjusted once a year at the end of February.

Nice looking watch. Too bad it is automatic.
Have the rose colored. Working great for many months now. Very happy with it. What's your issue? Cost of upkeep?

I see this is an "automatic" watch. Does it automatically adjust for months that have 30, 31 and 28/29 days? Yes or No?

Thanks.

Good price for an ETA 2836-2 with a sapphire crystal and 100 meter water resistance. Solid do everything design too that would go well from everyday business to casual.

I understand that my Certina DS1 titanium may not be as "nice" as others, but is is fairly accurate at ~2 minutes fast per month and I like it a lot as an entry level automatic. FWIW I like the brand.

Love my Certina DS1. If i didn't just buy a couple eta movements I would buy this for the movement alone. Can't go wrong with certina

Not sure if this is account specific but jomashop sent me a code for an additional $10 off any purchase. Whoever is looking to buy the watch, feel free and try to use it at checkout
