No, more like the GTX 1060. It will be champ at running games at 1080p (Ultra) and pushing high frame rates. You'll benefit by having a 100Hz+ Free-sync monitor.

Comparable to a GTX 1060 6GB for gaming performance. This is a pretty good deal - better than some of the other Ryzen deals posted today (except for the $900 Costco deal). The RX570 and 580 are quite similar in performance and the costco one has more RAM.

Edit: Actually I think this is the better deal. 4GB more gfx memory and double the SSD. The RAM is an easy DIY upgrade if it proves to be a. bottleneck.

RX 580 is around 15% to 18% more powerful than RX 570 and the performance will increase if you go for resolution over 1080P like 1440p. RX 580 basically competes with with the Factory overclocked version of GTX 1060 6GB.

From what I've seen the 580 is faster than a 1060.

TU for a good deal on a nice gaming machine that can also be used for mining Ethereum.

The AMD RX580 is one of the most sought after cards for that purpose. Only the new Vega cards are better at it.

Building a similar PC (check pcpartpicker) with the cheapest m.2 ssd/hdd/network card/ram/case is still going to run you over $1,000.. so for a nice all in one with lots of stuff like ports, card readers, windows included, optical drive. This is a pretty good deal if its the cpu and graphics card you want.
