This is my first posting in over 15 years of being a SD member.

Frys in store has Sony XBR65X850E 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2017 Model) for $1298 after unique PROMO code sent out this morning.

I have been monitoring the prices for 65 inch and 75 inch Sony 850e's and I think this appears to be the lowest price ever.

I am debating between a 65 and 75 but the price difference is around 1K
Not sure if I can justify the huge price difference .

This TV is way better than the Samsung 6300 series, and even the 7000 isn't as good. This is a 120 hz panel, has a wide color gamut, etc.

Good price, but the ad is incorrect. Fry's doesn't show the XBR65X850E anywhere on their website, they have the 850C and D but not the E

I went to the store this morning to buy but did did not purchase it . I am still debating between this one and its 75 inch equivalent.
They had over 49 65 inch 850e's in stock in the Atlanta area

I'm in the same boat. The 75" is an IPS panel though, so the 65" will have better blacks, but a worse viewing angle.

Same boat (and I already have a 65" 1080p right now). But definitely looking for go 70" or 75", given the deal. Closest 75" was the recent Samsung 75" at Costco for $1799 and the Frys LG some weeks back.

Hoping to see some 75" deals soon in the $15XX range since most stores will start clearing out the 2016 models anyway.

This is Sony's high end 4 K TV ( 900 and 930 are top 2 and 1) . The LG and Samsung you are referencing are 6 series and 5500 respectively which are 60hz refresh rate and not true HDR.

I was offered a good deal on the 75 inch version ( 2.5 K with delivery , installation , 3 yr warranty and taxes) . I just cant make up my mind 65 vs 75
~ $700 difference
