Received this offer but it really should just be ignored.

National Grid already offers a $75 rebate on WiFi thermostats. What they're doing here with the Nest E is simply turning the mail-in rebate into an instant one and deducting it from the standard retail price. Assuming you can follow rebate instructions and wait about two months for the $75 rebate check, buy a WiFi enable thermostat on sale/clearance and file the mail-in rebate to snag an actual deal.

Do Nest devices control both heating and cooling? I need one that will cool to sleep and heat to wake up.
