I did departure on Feb 22nd and Return on Mar 5th, Monday. the cheapest Asiana flight I see is in 700's. The cheapest on the list is ANA, which is nowhere near Asiana in their services, at $558.
Any helps, folks?

PSA: for those who have consumed marijuana(legal or otherwise), make sure you do not bring anything clothing, backpack, carry-on case ,or anything that has been in contact with marijuana smoke. this is from a Filipino lady friend of mine... she lives in Colorado Springs, CO and went to visit her family in Manila late later year. She happened to walk past a couple of cops with a drug-sniffing dog in a shopping mall(of all places) and was put in jail for 2 days. She had no marijuana on her, but the dog picked up the scent from her backpack. She said that at least she didn't get shot dead on the street or anything. Frown

Seriously.

I've been to Thailand and really wanted to go to Manila or cebu or Angeles city but I'm not going to the Phillipines until duerte is gone.

You could get into a fight ethics 's guy, get smoked and several people vouch that you were selling drugs..... Everyone shrugs their shoulders and that's the end of it.

5k street "drug" executions in the last 18 months I believe.

I'm in the Philippines right now for another week. I also already have a flight schedule for December to spend Christmas here. That flight is also Asiana. My cheapest fight here was from Chicago in May on EVA Air. Only $488 round trip.

Don't want to be political but you are misinformed. Like seriously, I live in the Philippines and majority of us believe in his war on drugs. Because we understand how deep the drug problem in the country. We need to have somebody with strong stance against these syndicates that operate drug rings. The past president had done nothing making the Philippines a narco state. Again, please be informed in the reality and not of whats the western media is feeding. How could 80%+ of us support Pres Duterte? Do you think we are all zombies to just follow or believe what he says? No. But because we know our nation better - we are Filipinos living here and are tired of whats becoming a norm.

Plus one on this comment. And if I might suggest if you go to Philippines visit Palawan or Boracay instead of staying in cities you mentioned. I'm from AZ by the way.

Just because natives believe in the war on drugs does not mean that foreigners shouldn't stay away since people are being shot in the streets.

Also, the war on drugs is a crock of shit. The syndicates will never be eradicated, drug crimes and other prohibitions just serve as a tool for government to control the people.

Legalize drugs and the syndicates lose their revenue stream and go out of business overnight.
