I wish the 500 was half price. I use a heatgun at our shop often to strip decals and double sided adhesive and it'd be nice to have a choice of more than hot as balls or even hotter than balls. I usually end up with blisters.

Seems like a good deal for a basic point and shoot though.

I only bought one years ago for the Xbox 360 fix. the only other time I used it was to melt marshmallows for smores lol

It's a range because you can move the "tool" away to get anywhere between room temperature and 1100 degrees. Big Grin
