Be aware that these are the Bostonian line which are in no way as good as regular Clark shoes.

I ordered a pair of these during a prior sale and sent them back immediately.
They are about the same quality as shoes you would find for 20 bucks at Walmart.

I am just trying to save my fellow slickdealers a headache of returning these.
BTW it took Clark a long time to refund my money as well

In line with what Pat mentioned above...

A few of the reviews state that these are very low quality. I love the Clark's I have, I must say this makes me nervous for the Clark's brand if they're randomly lowering the quality of their shoes...

Is it really that low of quality? I had heard in other posts that Bostonian line was a low price for decent quality (obviously not comparable $100 shoes).

Bostonians are extremely comfortable, but they're definitely not nice looking by any means. If this isn't for like a special event or to wear with a suit, but just for everyday business casual at work, then these will get the job done. They'll only last a year or two though, as the treads on the bottom wear very severely, and you'll be slipping on your ass if it rains/snows.

It's all a trade off to invest in more expensive shoes that look better and will last longer, or get shoes like these and have to replace more frequently.

No, they are not $20 shoe quality. They are $50 quality and right on spot, very comfortable, lasts at least 1 year with daily use, even much longer if you maintain, polish and don't wear it in snow/rain/mud.

I don't know what you got, but maybe Clarks branded ones are bad, but the Bostonion with flex sole are very comfortable and durable, I've been wearing them for more than 5 years, different styles.
