Saw this in NewEgg's eBay store, but not on their main site. Really decent price for a low profile 1050 Ti 4GB card. Free shipping too!

I'd rather have the Zotac cause their cooling solution looks a little bit better, but I'm gonna add this to my watch list in case another flash sale pops up. $125 after coupon would make this a no brainer.

When is there going to be a deal on a 6gb 1060? I've been waiting for what seems like forever. Lol

I've purchased EVGA card for decades and have never heard of Zotech. what feature of Zotech cards makes them more desirable than EVGA cards?

I think they mean 'Zotac'...but I think they're also looking for the mightily overclocked 'Amp!' version that Zotac is known for, which does not exist for this type, unfortunately. This card from eVga, however, is great for small form factor builds and those working with limited PSU wattage in a low profile. I've got one and it's totally awesome!

shoot, even no-brainer at this price when considering it's hard to find any 1050 ti cards for lower right now. i'm just a huge fan of the lp option because i've been finding great ebay deals on smaller form factor computers that have sandy or ivy i5 or i7 cpus for like $100 - $150 or so. add this thing and you've got a killer cheap gaming rig! and most of us know that ivy is still on par with the likes of sky and kaby for gaming...even when they use ddr4.

the cooling is adequate from my experience with this gpu, and i don't know how much better you can really do with something of this size. max review temperatures are 64 degrees celcius, nearly identical to full-sized variants, unlike the single-fan gigabyte version which was 74c. i'd have to assume the zotac performs similarly to the msi though.

I recently got back into PC gaming, picked up a MSI GTX 970 from a friend. Am i better off just holding on to that for now, or is the 1050 a good route to go?

Def hold on to your 970 the 1060 isn't much better then the 970. The 1050ti is very close the to 960 in terms of performance which I have right now.

Reasonable. I certainly wouldn't accuse it of being loud.

What kind of price are you looking for? I can easily find the 3GB model for $200, but the 6GB is around $250. I'll link ya if you're serious. Let me know!

I got the gigabyte version of this. I think it's the best one for a htpc because it only has one fan and it's so quiet you don't hear it.

it's only 10 dollars cheaper then regular price on amazon.

I see what you're talking about. It's $149.99 on Amazon and the Gigabyte version comes overclocked too, but it runs much hotter (ten degrees Celsius or more) than the MSI variant. I'd rather have a cooler card in a small form factor or HTPC case, especially because most machines of this size don't exhaust well. Lower temps also mean longevity for computer components. Though for those of you who are wondering, here's the link:
